Health and Fitness

Our programs focus around our trampolines and are a fun way to keep fit and healthy. These are not Personal training sessions, but a holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle through fun games and exercise

A timetable will be available shortly for February start! 

The sessions will be run by the very energetic Holly Usher who is a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer. Holly has designeed a specific program based around the trampolines focusing on strength and agility, flexibility, cardio, fitness and general well-being.

Sessions run for 9/10 weeks during school term only for 45mins to 1 hour. 

Children 0-5 yrs can play while you train for $5 per child. 

10 week program will be $135/150 or $20 for a one off class.
